How does one remove old scrapbook glue from paper pictures without damage to paper?
glue is white in color so might be old paper paste glue.
Not sure if this suggestion will work, especially if the photos are printed regular paper used for printing.
There's an "eraser" that's special for removing adhesive called "adhesive remover" it may have other names. I'm not sure if Michael's carries it or not but you might have better luck finding it at a local art store. If you need help to identify what it looks like you can go to www.stampinup.com and look at the catalog online. The item you're looking for is on page 191. I believe it has a weird texture to it and is harder than a pencil eraser.
I hope this was helpful.
